Refund Policy

1. Paddle is the seller for paid plans
For Raven paid subscriptions and similar paid offerings, Paddle acts as the authorised reseller and merchant of record. Your payment contract for those purchases is with Paddle. Raven is the software supplier; your use of Raven is also governed by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
This page summarizes how refunds work in line with Paddle's published policy. The binding version is Paddle's Refund Policy: https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.
2. Global rules
Unless required by applicable law, all transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Paddle may issue refunds on a discretionary basis or if you exercise an applicable statutory withdrawal or refund right. Refunds are not issued where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour. If you receive a refund under Paddle's policy, access to the paid product will cease as described there.
If local consumer protection laws or the supplier give you additional or non-waivable rights, the highest level of rights that apply to you will apply. Nothing on this page limits mandatory consumer rights.
3. Discretionary refund requests , 14 calendar days
Paddle may, at its sole discretion, consider a refund if you submit a request within 14 calendar days of your transaction date. Submitting a request within that 14-day period does not guarantee a refund. Paddle reviews requests case by case and may approve a full refund, a partial refund, or decline the request, in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy.
4. Statutory and country-specific rights
Where local laws grant withdrawal or refund rights, the periods and conditions are described in Paddle's Refund Policy. The following calendar-day periods apply to eligible statutory rights in the regions listed (subject to the full terms, definitions, and exceptions in Paddle's policy): 14 calendar days from the date of the transaction for eligible consumers in the European Union, EEA, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Turkey, and Israel; 7 calendar days from the date of the transaction for eligible consumers in South Korea, Brazil, China, and Canada; and 5 calendar days from the date of the transaction for eligible consumers in Singapore. For the complete, binding text, see https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.
5. How to withdraw, cancel, or request a refund
To withdraw, cancel, and/or request a refund, use one of Paddle's methods:
- Use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your Paddle transaction confirmation email
- Submit a request via the support link in your receipt or on your account billing page
- Visit https://paddle.net and use the options there (including "Request refund" where available)
If eligible, refunds are processed using the same payment method where possible, within 14 days of approval of the request, as described by Paddle.
If a transaction is not eligible for a refund, you may still cancel the subscription to stop future billing; cancellation typically takes effect at the end of the current billing period, as explained in Paddle's policy.
6. Technical or product issues
If you have persistent technical issues or a material defect, contact Raven first so we can try to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, contact Paddle's support team using the methods above and provide details. Where there is evidence of a material technical or product defect, Paddle may issue a refund in line with applicable consumer protection laws, as set out in Paddle's Refund Policy.
7. Chargebacks
Paddle encourages buyers to contact Paddle before initiating a chargeback or bank dispute. See Paddle's Refund Policy for how disputes may affect access to the product.
8. Updates
Paddle may update its Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your transaction governs that transaction. We may update this summary page and the "Last updated" date when we refresh our site copy.
9. Contact Raven (product support)
For product or account questions (not a substitute for Paddle refund requests): use the legal or support contact information we publish for Raven.
