Privacy Policy

Last updated April 11, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Raven ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use our websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this policy alongside our Terms of Service.

2. Purchases and payment processing (Paddle)

When you purchase a paid Raven plan, Paddleacts as the merchant of record and processes the payment, tax, receipts, and subscription billing for that transaction. Personal data you provide in checkout (for example payment details and billing contact information) is collected and processed by Paddle as described in Paddle's privacy policy: https://www.paddle.com/legal/privacy. We receive information from Paddle as needed to provide access to the Service (for example confirmation of purchase and subscription status), consistent with our agreement with Paddle and this Privacy Policy.

3. Information we collect

We may collect the following categories of information, depending on how you use the Service:

  • Account and profile data: such as your name, email address, authentication identifiers, and settings you choose to save in your account.
  • Credentials and security data: information needed to operate sign-in, session management, password reset, and fraud prevention (for example, tokens, device or browser characteristics, and log data related to authentication events).
  • Service usage and diagnostics: information about how you interact with the Service, including pages viewed, approximate timestamps, error reports, and performance telemetry, where enabled.
  • Integration and messaging-related data: if you connect third-party messaging or communication platforms, we may process metadata and content needed to provide routing, delivery, synchronization, or related features you enable. The scope depends on the integrations you connect and the permissions you grant.
  • Waitlist and marketing requests: if you join a waitlist or ask to be contacted, we collect the information you submit (commonly an email address) and related source labels to manage outreach.
  • Support communications: information you provide when you contact us.

6. How we share information

We may share information with:
